FHMS Chromebook 1:1 Initiative

Starting this school year, each FHMS student in grades 7-12 will be issued a district-owned Chromebook. In order to make sure that both the students and parents/guardians understand the responsibilities and expectations that will come with being issued a Chromebook, each student and his/her parent/guardian must attend a policy orientation meeting. We will cover the district's Acceptable Use Policy and Chromebook policy, answer any questions you may have, and allow you to sign for and take home the Chromebook. 

The current available dates are....

Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at 6:00 pm for 7th grade only (During 7th grade orientation)
Thursday, August 16, 2018 at 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm
Friday, August 17, 2018 at 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm

Please make every attempt to attend one of these sessions as it is impossible for me to meet with 300 parents during individual meetings. If, however, due to extreme circumstances you can not arrange to be available at any of those times I will have a limited number of spaces to be able to meet with parents/guardians who are unable to attend. Please let me know if this is the case or if you have any other questions or concerns.
